
Feeling great. Just returned from an amazing week at The Ashram. It was a week of good, clean living--raw food, vegan diet, no sugar or caffeine mixed with a daily hike from 9-14 miles, a couple hours of yoga and some weights classes. Oh, I forgot to mention the amazingly talented massage therapists on staff who worked my sore muscles with intensity and great care n a daily basis. As always, my intentions are good as I seek to maintain as much as this clean living as I can. I feel blessed that I had the opportunity and that I am healthy and active today. I am completely rejuvenated and ready for spring.
