Pleasures of Winter

I am doing what I can to embrace the cold temperatures and enjoy the pleasures of winter.

I was able to take a lovely walk with my mom through the Botanic Garden and got this shot. I decided to do something out of the ordinary for me, and manipulate the image by using a filter. Oh my, the risks I take. In any case, I feel it captures the essence of winter.

Truthfully, I've been stuck when it comes to posting. My creative juices are flowing as we launch into the new collections on the runway, I purge my closet, buy COLOR for spring and begin work on a new photo series. However, my writing skills need to be honed and I am hoping it is just a result of cabin fever that my verbal juices aren't flowing. Nonetheless, there will be more as time goes on.
